Diagnosis
I was just diagnosed yesterday after a stay in hospital and I am in total shock . Pre me going into hospital I ran everyday , looked after my family , enjoyed work and walked my dog. I feel I will never be able to do these things again ?

You can do those things!! Most likely you will be able to, and if not you will find new ways of doing things, and new fun things that you’ll be able to do. I know it’s scary but try not to worry! I’ve had MS for about 7-8 years now and I’m doing very well considering everything. We are here for you! I am also about to be 46.
