Tecfidera
I’ve recently started on Tecfidera after coming off rebif and previously betaferon. Any tips on how to deal with the side effects? I’d like some positive feedback please.

It took a little while for me to find the best time for me to have my capsules, but seem to have hit that 'sweet spot.' I can't face breakfast, so I take my meds after eating a sandwich at lunch, and my evening meal. I still experience occasional flushing (which looks and feels like sunburn) but that's quite minimal.
