Update to my cardio workouts...
So, if some of you remember I posted about starting my cardio workouts again a little while ago. And then 3 sessions in I posted that ibhad some pains around my heart, and stopped the workouts.
Well, since then I had one workout with no major flare ups, and I just finished a 3 day Halter monitor test. Glad to be rid of that dang thing, and I won't miss the hairs it ripped off my chest =).
But that being said, I plan to jump back into things, just, a little bit less intense.
How's everyone else doing?
