Dull electric shock in my very lower back

So I've been experiencing for a little while now. Maybe 2024 as a whole, an electric shock that happens when I walk or am exercising. The pain happens at the very bottom of my spine, near the tail bone. It lasts a split second, but the pain is a dull shock that resonates to my legs. I've been reading online it could be Lhermitte's syndrome, but the signs for that is that it starts at the top of the spine then goes down. My numbness/shock of pain happens right at the nerve ends of the spine (where they take the fluid for the lumbar puncture. What scared me just now, while I was walking to deliver something to the other building at work, was that I had 3 quick successive shocks of pain. Usually, it's one and done. Anyone else experience this? Is this something I should be more concerend about? I've been exercising a lot lately, 1 hr cardio sessions on my elliptical, 3+ months, almost daily. I've dropped 10+ lbs, but don't want this issue to deter me, or even force me to stop...
@Laure

Please decrease completely sugar , I said completely, the electric shock will disappear

Hi Laure, do you know it is sugar related? What would that mean? I've had my blood work done, quite often, and there is no issue for possible diabetes or whatnot... My diet doesn't consist of much sugar intake other than a coffee or 2 per day, 1 sugar per coffee, normal spoon, not heaping. Is it just the way sugar affects MS? Your comment is very to the point ;)
