Need info on stress bringing on relapses

If anyone has any useful links or resources showing how stress (mental or physical) can bring on relapses and deterioration of the disease, I would be most interested in them please. I am particularly looking for information which is actually backed by medical research that I can use in a legal tribunal. Thanks.

I definitely believe there is a connection,
