Dealing with Change

Hi guys, I was just wondering how you all cope with things progressively getting worse? I’ve only Been diagnosed for six years and I am 23. Unfortunately, I have Advanced MS And I am really struggling to deal with not being able to do what I used to do. How do you guys deal with it?

Hi it’s quite sad reading this but relatable, not sure what your situation is but I need walking poles to walk now due to my balance and it makes me think of all the stuff I can’t do anymore, we are all in it it together though so at least we have that going for us!
