Diagnosed :-(

Monday I got my confirmation I have MS. Another MRI has been requested by my doctor. I had an MRI of my brain and spine in July. The new MRI will be used to confirm any progression from July to new MRI results. I saw the results of my July MRI when I was in the meeting on Monday (thankfully my fiance was with me). I met my MS nurse and she has also arranged for me to receive counselling and physiotherapy. Ocrevus was discussed as my treatment. It's a lot ain't it?

It's definitely a lot to handle when you're first diagnosed. But I think it's a good step to join/share with this community. This community is so encouraging and positive and there is soooooo much support. You're not alone and you'll get through this first step! Hang in there, sending lots of love:)

Hi. Dropping a line to show my support. It’s a heavy knock diagnosis there’s some great people and help on here. I’m 48, diagnosed last year with primary progressive too so in a similar situation. I try all the exercises I can manage but need to get my diet sorted. That’s another big one for us. Be strong. Mark.
