Courage
Do you take responsibility for yourself when it comes to how you interact with other people? For example: you made an appointment for a haircut, a dental appointment or something else. Do you decide at the last minute not to go and not let the other person know or do you do your very best to show up or to at least contact them? Do you treat the other person and yourself with respect? Do you use mental or physical illness as an excuse to bow out of daily life and commitments?
It takes courage to move forward and live our lives and courage can be practiced actively, one day at a time.
Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it’s the quiet voice at the end of the day that says, “I will try again tomorrow.”
