MRI Scan. Lesions check

Hello. I start my treatment next week (Kesimpta). I am wondering when people's baseline MRI scan was taken. My last scan was in June. So I know between Feb and June 2023, that I had two more lesions. There's no date in the diary for my next scan. I don't understand why they wouldn't take a scan close to when I start my treatment, so if there are new lesions, I won't know if they occured before or after my treatment started. Would love to know when you had your MRI scan after your first treatment. Thank you.

Hey! Welcome :) From what the MS nurse told me, once you start kesimpta they take a new baseline a few months after. So I'm due to start in late Jan, early Feb 24, and will have a new baseline MRI booked once they know I'm OK with it. :)
