Kesimpta/MS and periods

Sorry guys if you're reading this 🤣 I have been regular as clockwork for over a year now as we had been trying for a baby prior to diagnosis in 2023 so hadnt been on any contraception. I am now either late on my periods or having none at all.. can K or MS affect things like that? Or is it because I've just turned 40 and I'm getting old? Lol
@Ayaanie

So interesting, I’m thinking back to how my cycles have changed since taking Mavenclad and it might be why I have had wayyyy more painful periods, I had a quick google and unfortunately there’s not a lot of literature on it. But I did see that there could be a link between biologics like Kesimpta and it affecting periods, If your cycles started charging after taking the medication it’s likely there’s a link there, it could also be something else like peri-menopause, have you spoken to your GP?
