Pregnancy while on Ocrevus?

Hi all, I have been on Tecfidera for years, but because of a relapse, I will go on Ocrevus next month. Are there women here who got pregnant while being on Ocrevus? Is it easy or does the drug make it more difficult? Anyone who can share their experience? I am worried that I will have to delay my plan for longer...

Hi, I don’t think it is advisable to get pregnant whilst taking Ocrevus, because it depletes B cells. If you wish to have a baby, please talk with your health care team about treatment. All the best.

Hi, like @Clary said I don't think it's advisable at present however my consultant hinted that this may change in the future. I have just changed from Tysabri to Ocrevus. I had a successful and healthy pregnancy on Tysabri in November but have now switched to Ocrevus due to being JCV positive. When speaking with my consultant about any future pregnancies he did say that if I decide I wanted another baby in the future that the guidance may change by that time which I took as that it's seriously getting considered or he wouldn't have mentioned it.
