First Infusion of ocrevus

Hello lovely MS family! I have Active Relapsing Remitting MS, In a couple of weeks I will be getting my first infusion of Ocrevus. Just wondering what people's experiences were? I am also aware that it's going to be a long day and plan to take some art stuff to do while getting treatment. Is this a good plan? What about food, do people take with them? Thanks Emma x

Hi. I had my first doses in March. Take stuff to keep you entertained and food and drinks. The hospital did offer a coffee and a sandwich, but I took my own coffee and soup. My blood pressure was a bit low so having fluid was a good idea. Lots of trips to the loo 😂 with my drip stand. Good luck. I am totally happy I have got Ocrevus. Definitely worth it every 6 months 👍.

Thank you 😊 My bladder is already affected by my MS so I will likely be spending the majority of the day in the toilet then🤣 Will definitely take food and my own drinks jokes aside 👍🏻 Is there generally other's there with you?
