What helps....

Hey y'all!! 👋🏿 I wanted to hop on here and ask the question: What helps you get through? For me, it's a lot of prayer & meditation, journaling, confiding with my close friends, not stressing over what I can't change or what hasn't happened yet. Also I ❤️ positive affirmations and reading self-help books 📚 and keeping my spirits up by listening to music or moving my body by practicing yoga and Tai Chi. So what helps you?
