Help ! I have been on this treatment now since February, 2023 . Please I really need some advice ? This year, March I had a UTI, then a throat and a chest infection which became pneumonia. Then again now for two months I have been fighting another UTI which has become resistant to many antibiotics it is a bacteria which is often caught and spread through healthcare. I am so tired. Kesimpta Ofatumumab I have not been able to take due to the infection. I am drinking over 3 litres of water a day, but I just can't get over it . Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
