MS fatigue and gardening

Well, I thought to myself, time to do the front garden! It's not as beautiful or neat, but I did it. Here comes the fatigue, can barely walk now, sat here crying my eyes out! I know usually when to quit before it gets this bad, I just wanted to finish as much as I could. It's the frustration that gets me, I don't usually let it get to me, I'm not doing anything else for the rest of the day now! 🤣

@Dantay I did the same a few days ago! I was trimming trees in our back yard and I "overdid" it, because it's great exercise, and sunlight, but, for about 2 days afterward my legs were really feeling it ,all that bending down and picking up branches and brush, it's sure great for keeping stomach muscles working and keeping the bowels "regular," but, I did have a couple days where everything hurt, and ached, I didn't even want to move a muscle. I always bite off more than I can chew when I realize I'm having a "good" pain day and oooh the things I could do! It's a good day! I should do EVERYTHING!! lol. The day after, I'm kicking myself thinking why did I do sooo much yesterday, ughhh now I'll spend 3 days letting my body catch up to all that stretching and bending down. But, I try to look out at my backyard and think... the backyard looks a lot better now, it's coming along, little by little. And you did that! YOU! And in the pain that you're in on a day-to-day basis?!? Job well done! Just next time, take breaks, do it a little slower, maybe trim one tree, not 4 in one day haha. <3 It's tough, I know! I get over-ambitious when I have a "good" day. It seems too good to be true! lol.
