Exercise and fatigue
I've been reading that some people find their fatigue is better with regular exercise. My problem is that by the end of the work day there's nothing left in the tank to exercise. Any strategies or advice?

Totally. I get this. If I exercise, it can mean I sleep in the afternoon. I have heard that exercise can help fatigue, 🤷♀️. Unfortunately I have found it hard to even motivate myself to do anything. I’ve heard if you can start a routine, it can be beneficial.
I work, full time, in London so I incorporate my exercise in during the day. A walk from the station to the office, I do something at lunchtime, that could be a class or a walk outside (not every day and weather dependent) then I repeat the walk from the office to the station. Don’t try and do it all at once, build it up. Find a routine that works for you. Build in days of rest that don’t include the weekend.
