Exercise together online

Hello everyone, I got an idea. I am an instructor of Qigong/Tai chi and I think it's going to be beneficial if couple times a week we can exercise together. Some small sessions, to benefit our physical and emotional levels. Online (l will find platform). Text, if you are interested 🙏 We are got many tools to make ourself stronger: warm ups, postures, acupuncture points, mind practice ... Definitely, we will see difference just practicing twice a week, small sessions 🤗 Of course, it totally free, because we are together!
