I just want to know if there are any smoking MSers here, and do you feel that the smoking worsens your symptoms? i recently started smoking again, and i'm in a relapse now and now i'm searching for answers. Don't get me wrong, i know smoking is bad for any person, but how do you experience smoking with your MS.. I follow a good diet. i try to take everything in moderation to almost no intake (i.e. sugar / red meat / alcohol). i love fruit and veg and salads... what do you guys think??
