Rib Pain and MS

Hey everyone I was diagnosed with RRMS back in 2021. I always try and keep as positive as I can but - am really suffering at present with Rib pain (linked to MS hug) - where I feel like there is so much inflammation between my ribs on one side. It can be so sensitive to touch and really agitates me. Just wanted to see if anyone else gets this/ any remedies they have used to improve it? I have been told turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory but any other ideas welcome :) Thanks so much!

Hiya! I'm suffering also with rib pain! I never linked it to ms until I came across this post. I have just gotten over a nasty cold that lead to a chest infection, that then lead to me having my 1st proper relapse. Numb left leg, numb genitalia, pins and needles in both feet and bladder issues. I started getting the rib pain after the cold had gone, doctor says it's inflammation and I took naproxen. (Which helped sooo much) and now the rib pain has come back, just not as bad as it was before. It annoys me though.

Ugh, I deal with this so much. For me its my left side right where my stomach is. The only thing that works for me is using a foam roller on my back and some heat. I think mine was transfered pain from a tight muscle on my spine. Stretching my trapezius muscle helped too. Hope that helps!
