I have had 3 years of fighting so I can stay working. My head is fine it's my legs that are wonky. I thought I was getting somewhere and equipment all ordered. One of which was putting in an accessible loo. Someone told me today they overheard a conversation that they wouldn't be putting in a loo as it costs too much for a part time worker and someone who struggles and won't be able to work for much longer anyway! I am so upset x
Wow. I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve had to go through that. It sounds like you should mention to someone in the hierarchy about what someone has overheard, and is there any truth to it. I would escalate it if it turns out to be true. Obviously, without knowing the in’s and out’s of the situation/business size etc. Regardless, there are laws.
