This is hard. I am on Ocrevus. This involves hospital admissions twice a year. Kesimpta can be managed at home, but involves an injection. I have been put off injections for life because of Avonex. I think ocrevus has a slightly higher efficacy. Marginal, and maybe Kesimpta research hasn’t been done long term (yet). Kesimpta is a fairly new drug. It works on B cells, like Ocrevus. Charities can give more accurate information, or the neurology team. Good luck with your choice.
