Your top tips managing stress/work/daily

Hi, I wanted to ask for everyone's advice. What is the one best thing you find that helps you to manage stress and try to maintain as much wellbeing as possible? I'm likely going to do a three month wash out of Gilenya, and I know there is a risk of relapse. I want to make sure that during that wash out I'm putting myself in the best position possible so that if anything were to happen, I've only got the MS to blame and not myself! So I just wanted to ask around and get your experience of what things help you maintain your well-being and minimise stress, especially at work? Does anyone do flexible working, working from home those kind of things? Im interested in how you manage at work, as well as outside work. Thanks so much! K

If i can't do a task ill just tell my boss instead of struggling on, and been more stressed about it. Writing things down help me as well!!

I agree that writing things down helps as does a To Do list
