Some advice

Hi Im vish I got ms,rrms,it is very difficult .im having lots of stiffness on one side of my body,my blured vission is worse ,im on tecfidera,is anybody got this sysmtom,is been more than 3 weeks still getting stiffness,im very weak. Can anyone suggest me what can help me to get rid of this stiffness please ,or any thing that can help . Thank you Vish

Hey, I'm not on that drug but having had MS for 8years already I can definitely say I do experience every one of your symptoms m. As for reducing the stiffness in your muscles I'd say work them out as the more they aren't used the worse they tend to get for me. I know it's easier said than done but a few steps and stuff pay off. Another thing I'd say is elevate your legs as muscles may go numb then go stiff. I hope this helps you in any way, Nawal
