Hi @phill_dunnett it stops as folk get to know and know you. We are all different and what works for you might not for me. When you tell folk that you only follow medical advice (true or not), they tend to shut up

Hi @phill_dunnett, yes it can be annoying, although it’s people’s idea of trying to be helpful. The diagnosis, symptoms, the shock, everything is still unfolding at the moment and it’s no surprise you’re having the odd ‘moody’ day! But let it happen, bring it on, it probably takes about a year to go through everything and work out how you feel about it. In the meantime, just focus on you, good diet and sleep. If you’re going to research, only use official sites like this, MS Society/Trust. And with this site, you can post/vent/ask questions any time of the day or night. Stay strong! 🙂

@phill_dunnett Absolutely hear you. Yeah does my head in too! Only thing that would really help in my opinion is for damage to nervous system to be reversed and MS to sod off! People on here are great to talk to though if need to vent!

@phill_dunnett No that’s a new one on me. Isn’t that alternative? What sort of pain is it? I get a burning sort of inflammation pain in cerebellum/brain stem area and the only thing that helps it is sleep and waking up naturally.

So I have Trigeminal neuralgia Which they think is triggered by a current relapse and it’s flipping horrendous
