New to the party

So I recently got diagnosed with RRMS and I know it sucks big time and dealing with head pain is horrible but the thing that is annoying me the most is people’s have you tried this... kinda conversation I know people try and help but I’m so lost with it all at the moment it just doesn’t help does that stop soon at all lol but hello everyone I’m not normally too moody well I wouldn’t say I am my misses might disagree lol

Hi @phill_dunnett it stops as folk get to know and know you. We are all different and what works for you might not for me. When you tell folk that you only follow medical advice (true or not), they tend to shut up

Hi @phill_dunnett, yes it can be annoying, although it's people's idea of trying to be helpful. The diagnosis, symptoms, the shock, everything is still unfolding at the moment and it's no surprise you're having the odd 'moody' day! But let it happen, bring it on, it probably takes about a year to go through everything and work out how you feel about it. In the meantime, just focus on you, good diet and sleep. If you're going to research, only use official sites like this, MS Society/Trust. And with this site, you can post/vent/ask questions any time of the day or night. Stay strong! :-)
