@crussell , now’s the time to sit down, put your feet up and breath. There’s a lot of research to be done. Something that you’ve already started, hence you’ve joined us here. But, Dr Google can lead you to places that you don’t want to go to, i.e. the horror stories, which can be totally out of context. Stick to reputable websites, e.g. the MS Society, MS Trust, etc..

Otherwise, live healthily, eat healthily and try to avoid stress and the causes of stress.

And keep asking questions. We’ll try and provide answers.

Hello,

To add to @stumbler you may find the YouTube channels of Dr Aaron Boster and Br Brandon Beaber (both American and easily searchable on YouTube).

If you like the detail (I do!) then ensure you read the Barts MS blog too.

Best,

Dominic
