How do you manage fatigue?

Hi, I was diagnosed January this year with RRMS so I’m very new to all of this. I was having symptoms for 2 years before I finally got diagnosed and I’ve been able to just learn to live with these symptoms and get on with it. However, my fatigue is horrendous! I am tired most days which is really affecting my moods, concentration and memory. I’m a paediatric nurse so I work 13 hour shifts (days and nights) and the simplest drug calculation can seem so difficult when I’m having one of my bad days which is not the best thing and to be honest I’ve become upset at times because of it. I just wanted to get some tips on how everyone manages their fatigue and how you conserve your energy? Thanks in advance! Rachael

@rachael_martin Hello! 😊 I too suffer awful fatigue and when I was diagnosed my MS Nurse advised Vit D and Magnesium for fatigue and I can definitely notice a difference. It might just be coincidence that I can recognise why I'm tired and manage what I'm doing or could be because of the supplements I can't be 100% sure but might be worth a shot? I'm sure you will get lots of other recommendations to consider. Good luck x
