Holiday undiagnosed neck pain!

I am going on holiday in the morning... I woke up with neck pain central and down my back slightly immidiatley thought it was ms related. My dr doesn’t seem to think so! I’m off to Spain and am dreading having a relapse, I haven’t been diagnosed yet and my isolated syndrome was 5 years ago! I suffer from anxiety and just need some advice/support really! I feel quite week but may because I feel proper tired! My dr say the pain would be sudden in my neck and would go to my arms, this just feels like a dull ache that’s lasted a couple of days! Am I having a relapse? What about if I relapse abroad!?

@blagaman182 , I'd be tempted to go with your Doctor's advice. You're tired and you've had the build up to this holiday, so you're probably a bit tensed up. You've just got one night to go, then your holiday can start and you can begin to relax. Enjoy your holiday. You deserve this break.

Hello @blagaman182. Lucky you, off on holiday. I’d say your anxiety has gotten the better of you. All the worry in the world won’t change what is, or what isn’t going on in your body. So relax, rest lots and don’t overdo things. Your profile doesn’t say where you are. I suspect you’re in the U.K; you’re hopping on a short flight, and have access to great medical care should you ever need it. It’s good to be cautious, but you can’t forget to live a good life! Have fun, stop worrying, and enjoy! :-)
