Struggling

I am currently struggling with sleeping. I have been in so much pain. My back has been shooting back pain. As well as my shoulder to my fingers. It is really upsetting me. I feel like I am 27 years old I feel like no one gets it sometimes. I just want to see if anyone has any tips.

Mental health

Anyone else stuff with mental health problems? I'm in crisis at the minute so all over place. Sleeping all day and up all night. I've had problems before when I was sectioned.

I was diagnosed with MS so time ago. Since then my life has been nothing but pain . Am not able to do the things I used to . Now am searching for someone else that can understand ms.
