@Fatigue : Hello everyone! I’m struggling with A lot of fatigue. I’ll get up in the morning have my coffee and bowl cereal, and about 1/2 hour or so I feel so tired my eyelids feel like they’re so heavy that I end up taking a nap! Does anyone have this too and/or any tips? on Shift.ms

This is literally me !! I end up so frustrated and I just feel like I'm sleeping my whole life away. Any form of activity just seems to wipe me out. I've had a Vitamin D injection, take daily vitamins and iron, changing my diet and just nothing seems to suffice. Sorry I can't be of any help 😔 but it's nice to know others have the same symptoms xxx
