Yoga classes/resources

Hi all! Before MS I dipped in and out of yoga and really enjoyed it, but cost of classes always made it difficult to commit to on an ongoing basis. I've suffered from back pain/stiffness for a number of years now (in hindsight possibly due to the MS?!) - painkillers aren't fixing it, private physio is too expensive and 2 NHS physios have just sent me away with some basic stretches that don't seem to get to the bottom of the pain/stiffness, as I can only stretch so far due to range of movement. I'd really like to get into a proper routine of practising yoga, but where I live there aren't any teachers that run classes more than 1/2 times a week. I wondered whether anyone here knows of any classes in Cornwall that run more frequently, or if anyone knows of any online resources that are good/not expensive!? I have a couple of books that have the poses etc in, but I don't know enough to make them into a sequence/longer session! Any info/links would be great! :D

I'll have a look through my cupboards for you. I used to go to a specific ms class run by a yoga teacher who had a husband with ms so understood that we needed to lie or sit down to prevent us falling over!I went for about 10 years and eventually we persuaded her to put them on CD so we could listen to them at any time. I can no longer get down on the floor, but I don't think I ever threw them away (too mean for that!) I'll check and let you know. Might be worth checking on the web because her aim was to market them. Her first name is Sue, can't remember surname at the moment but working in it.😍

Ahh thank you @grandma! I should add that fortunately I don't have any issues with balance / mobility so standard yoga classes are preferable if you know of any - I know there are some that are more "seated yoga" types, for those who perhaps have mobility / balance issues.
