I’ve had numbness in the soles of my feet for a while now. Any tips for helping with this? My neuro physio has also identified something called hyperreflexia (a bit wobbly when going from sitting to standing and vice versa) Any help would be much appreciated and sending all the positivity to all you MS warriors
