Cladrabine (Mavenclad) Hair Loss

I know I shouldn’t be so vain, but about to start Mavenclad and worried about the ‘hair loss’. Anyone else had this? Is it thinning or going completely bald? Does it grow back? I was on Aubagio which had a similar side effect, although it didn’t seem to effect me. Thanks

@ollie123 , it's very rare as in the following :- "In clinical trials of people with relapsing forms of MS, only 3% of people who took the medication developed hair loss. About 1% of people who took a placebo also had hair loss." (https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/mavenclad#side-effects)

Hi, I understand what you’re going through. I experienced the same thing when I first began treatment for RRMS. I was loosing clumps of hair and it got so bad I had to purchase wigs. This was in 2010 when I was first diagnosed. I started taking vitamins and I noticed my hair growing back. Maybe try that. Also there’s so many products out that are great for hair growth!!
