Still no Diagnosis Clear Mri?very fed up

So sorry guys looking for more advice as am in so much pain. I had three Mri scans Brain Cervical and thoracic done by an independent company these were done without contrast three weeks ago in the meantime I have increasing burning nerve pain all over my body and hands are very bad.I have deteriorated since I first saw my Neurologist.I was getting no follow up on the results so rang her secretary explaining the pain was way worse and my hand is weak. The neurologist rang me a few days later said the Mri scans are normal and I could increase my painkillers and she will write to the Gp to do more bloods. In the meantime the pain is not improving burning everywhere. My friend who has Ms told me I need to be referred to an Ms specialist and should have scans with contrast and a lumbar puncture Just want advice if the Mri scans Brain Cervical and lumbar with no contrast come up clear does this outrule Ms??? Any thoughts appreciated as am not getting better!

@maura, our bodies are complicated pieces of machinery, especially where the brain is concerned. And, our doctors aren't magicians. They have to work with their physical examinations, scans, blood tests, analysis of cerebro-spinal fluid (CSF) and nerve conduction tests. All you can do, to help them with their investigation, is to list all the strange symptoms and pains that you have experienced, with dates and durations, if possible. This medical history would be another piece to the jigsaw. Then you have to "dig your heels in" and keep asking for your symptoms to be explained, If results of tests and scans come back inconclusive, you need to demand what the next steps will be to reach a diagnosis.
