Should we all eat lots of Garlic???

Hi, this has crossed my mind many a time, and with the CCSVI it would make sense for us all to eat lots of garlic to thin the blood in our jugulars so we encourage good blood supply in our hands and toes, I really suffer from this (raynauds) I have no problem eating lots of garlic but it is usually with LOts of butter slathered on bread!!! Roasted whole garlic seems like a good idea, anyone here take garlic supplements? this link is interesting http://www.thisisms.com/forum/chronic-cerebrospinal-venous-insufficiency-ccsvi-f40/topic12174.html am not sure how to post it so it immediately comes up, you will have to paste it, your thoughts would be intresting

I eat lots of garlic cos it's yummy!! It is definitely a bonus if it helps the MS. Roasted with meat is lovely, but I also boil it in with my potatoes and mush it into them when the spuds are cooked. Apparently it's also good for sore throats when it's mixed with milk but I wouldn't be brave enough to try that!!
