Garlic
Hi I know I have posted about this before but it crosses my mind many a time, and with the CCSVI it would make sense for us all to eat lots of garlic to thin the blood in our jugulars so we encourage good blood supply in our hands and toes, I really suffer from this (raynauds) I have no problem eating lots of garlic but it is usually with LOts of butter slathered on bread!!! Roasted whole garlic seems like a good idea, anyone here take or eat lots of garlic and supplements? it never seems to be recommended by anyone but seems to make sense to me, this link is interesting
