New medication for my teen
My daughter finally seen her neurologist a few days ago. She has been prescribed Ocrevas but has not received treatment as of yet. Insurance has not yet approved the treatment yet since she is under 18. I am hoping she will get approved for her medication and she responds well to it. All we can do is keep up our faith and never lose hope. As a mother, you wonder why this happens to our young ones who are barely starting out their life and still learning who they are in general. Anyone have any good results with Ocrevas? What was it like for you? Any advice or recommendations is helpful. Thank you!
I haven’t yet tried Ocrevus, but the whole infusion center seems to be full of Ocrevus patients every time I go (I take Tysabri). So it appears to be the most popular choice. I am sorry that your daughter has to deal with these things at her age. She should be worrying about school and relationships and teenage things. Will pray that your insurance approval is going to happen soon. Remind her to stay rooted in Faith. She is going to do great things, even with this condition.
