Age related question…UK
Anyone on here over 65ish and still receiving treatment (DMT’s) or had treatment stopped due to age? I’ve been informed that progression/new symptoms tend to decrease after your mid/late 60’s and that can affect what treatment is available/offered.
I am 72 and still having consultations and had my medication reviewed. Tizanidine was added to my treatment last year. My age has made no difference but access to consultants has changed since Covid and staff leaving.
