Hi all! Hope yous are having better weather than down in Devon! I must admit the rain is comforting but where did summer go!?! Anyway. My cramps have gotten really bad. I collapsed in the hallway after having the worst calf cramp on God's green earth. I was screaming bloody murder. I have just bought some Magnesium and I've heard this is good for cramps, but I'm getting some very conflicting information online about whether it's okay to take with gabapentin? Some websites say take the Magnesium two hours after gabapentin. Some say combined it can "promote tranquility and calmness". Others say there are no interactions found. And then some say it can reduce the effect of gabapentin's bioavailability by 20%! I will be calling my doctor tomorrow but the pain I experienced made me seek out Magnesium immediately.
