Hi y'all! I went on disability about 5 years ago as a result of this disease. I have done ok up until my last hospitalization for Optic Neuritis 6 months ago. The recovery was difficult and there was a move right after discharge. I'm very fortunate to be on disability, I do very part-time work to keep me from going stir crazy however since my last hospitalization I just can't shake this depression. Everything is so hard. Physically, mentally. That includes all of my Activities of Daily Life. I am finding no joy in anything. All I want to do is sleep. My body feels so heavy. Let's talk about the tears. All the time. Has anyone out there experienced anything similar? Have any advice?
