Balance/walking

Does anyone have any tips to improve balance and walking? My physio has given me quite a few exercises to do which are becoming easier so must be working. She has also advised swimming, Pilates and walking on a treadmill. All of which I am doing. Just wondering if there is anything else I can add into my daily routine to help with this.

Hallo, I also have problems with balance and walking. I do some exercises on a balance board, I think this helps to improve my balance. Greetings Wolfgang.

Hey @jazminfannon! I also deal with balance issues and was told that focusing on your core is key. I try and do exercises that use my core. - planks - knee raises - squats but hold it to improve balance - walking on flat surfaces (walking trails) + hikes (not flat) - balance board Just a few I can think of! ✨
