Propellor sound in ear!

For the 5th night in a row now I'm having a propellor sound going round on my right ear. Doesn't happen during the day, only at night when I've eaten and sat watching tv. If it's due to my MS it's called middle ear myclonus. Has anyone had this before because of MS?
@daveserjeant

I've had a little extra sound in my right ear that is similar to how you describe and happens at the end of the day as you describe like a soft but fast pad-pad-pad-pad-pad noise. Like an extra fast heartbeat. Eventually it speeds up and gets higher pitched until I can't hear it any more like it's flying off somewhere. I don't get it at the moment. I kind of always assumed it was MS related but I've not mentioned it to anyone medical. I mentioned it on Twitter a couple of years ago and someone reckoned it was spasms in the little hammer behind the ear drum.

@Laure

this is Ms related, if it’s too much talk to your Ms nurse, they will have a med for it.
