Yo! So I daily I have actual flaxseed but like a powdered version from 'Nutriseed' I buy it as 1kg and dump it in my smoothies and cereal and occasionally shower in it (lol just fucking with ya!). Off to find a link...

The wife and I love it because they're strict with their processing of nuts. My son has a Peanut allergy and finding individual nuts (cashews, brazil buts etc) or flaxseed that doesn't say 'may contain peanuts' is hard! But theirs is simple. If you buy cashews it's all that's in it and hasn't been cross contaminated.

Fresh flax seeds ground up in my cereal every morning and 20ml flax seed oil. Bowel has never been better, fighting the fatigue much better and weirdly any pain and clicks I used to get in my knees when kneeling or then standing again has disappeared.

I have Linwoods milled flaxseed in my cereal every morning, you can get it in all the big supermarkets or Holland & Barrett. Aldi has also just started selling packets of flaxseed for about £1.80 but I haven't tried them yet. I also take flaxseed oil capsules from Holland & Barret taking advantage of the buy one get one for 1p offer when it's on.

@friendly_james I take Cod Liver Oil and/or Omega 3 tablets from Holland and Barrett. Same @jacob, I watch out of the 1p offer and stock up.
