Hey all, I’m a head of department at a busy grammar school and am lucky that my school has been super supportive and keen to facilitate any adjustments or new ways of working I can think of. I’ve asked for a ground floor classroom and not to move around during the day and no lunch duties and have been experimenting with ways of marking that involve me not lugging 30 books home on the train. Just wondering if any teachers out there have any tips on making their work life balance more sustainable? Particularly interested in marking hacks etc Thanks in advance!
