MRI question
HI there,
Just a question I have just spent 8 days in hospital from left sided numbness, blurred vision and no energy at all. I havent been diagnosed as having MS but my GP has started to do the tests. Anyway while in hospital they did a MRI with and w I thout contrast which came back clear? Just wondering if this has happened to others??
Have no idea what is happening to my body and ferling quite scared. They did a lumber puncture and I am booked f or a MRI on my spine.
Quite agree You wouldn't be human if you weren't feeling generally 'bashed around' by all this. But if an MS diagnosis is given, you'll be on the way to step one of getting your life back. Once it's definite, you can start treatment. With treatment comes support from specialist nurses, who are usually brilliant at answering the million questions you may have. Once support is in place, the world will look different, I promise you. The worst may already be over, big hugs x
Thank you for your responses. I did have the MRI on the brain and yes the next one is of my spine. I agree the waiting game is what I'm finding hard. I keep telling myself I must be patient. Thanks x
