Curious if anyone gets really painful calves especially high up in the back of the knee. It’s like achey, stiff, and makes it hard to walk normally. I’m also really curious if anyone experiences like an isolation of symptoms like one week or 3 fatigue is the worst and then maybe the next week or two the pain is the worst and then the following week or two it’ll be at the bowel and insomnia, etc. The symptoms are often ever present, but seem to shift and magnitude.
