What main improvement you would like to see for MS in 2023?

Happy New Year Shift.ms community! 👋 I’d love to hear from you about what one improvement you would like to see in the multiple sclerosis world in 2023. Is there a particular treatment or therapy that you hope becomes more widely available? A change in societal attitudes towards those with chronic illness? Something else entirely? Maybe it’s a more personal improvement like getting better at saying no to preserve your energy. (That’s mine!) I want to know what matters most to you and how we I can bring that to my work here at Shift.ms to make a positive impact in the MS community. Please share your thoughts and ideas in the comments below👇 Let’s talk! 💚

Here in the states I would love for there to be affordable stem cell treatment that's covered by health insurance. And like you I need to work on saying no. I tend to push myself too hard because of having the mindset of use it or lose it. If you're looking for an energy boost I recommend Laird Superfood Performance Mushrooms. I used to be on modafinil for fatigue which worked but the pill caused me to crash too hard. It was like being on speed. These organic crushed up mushrooms are surprisingly affective but you could also give modafinil a try.

Something concrete that can combat fatigue. Personally and only in my opinion/situation do I feel that I can cope with the physical side but the cog issues and mental health aspects of this I.e mental, physical and emotional exhaustion caused by the many symptoms of ms & it’s fatigue is what effects me the most. I.e and in order to fight this disease I need to actually be me in order do that. Fatigue and it’s widespread impact is the thing that limits that ability and ur ability to authentically be urself at any given time so I would like to see inroads being made into that and obviously damage repair - so not a lot really 😁sorry I’m not very articulate today but I hope u understand the crux of my argument & POV 😊 Thank u @Billyshift For another thought provoking post 👍
