Nerve root compression/ disc protrusion

Hi guys me again! I recently had an mri as I’ve been struggling with numbness/weakness in legs that’s been affecting my mobility massively. The mri has come back with no new abnormalities but has said I have ‘central disc protrusion at L4/L5 causing bilateral nerve root compression’ the letter states this could be a reason for issues with legs? Has anyone ever had anything like this? I have no clue what to do, next steps etc just feeling very deflated & overwhelmed Thanks Shannon

L4 l5 disc disease :..extreme pain ,not sure about bilateral nerve root compression as I’ve not been dx with it ,think l4/l5 is lower back near base of spine ??hope it clears up also I have issues with leg (left leg ) all tied together with a dx of rrms , take care

I have had the same issues, long story short I have had 4 different spinal fusion surgery’s. Honestly I don’t know if any of them helped but I was desperate, I had L4/L5/S1-T8/T9/T10- & C4/C5 all fused over 10 years time.
