Selma Blair's book
Has anybody read it? I read and excerpt in The Guardian newspaper in the UK today and I'm intrigued, but I'm also wondering if it might be anxiety inducing for me to read having only been diagnosed (relatively) recently. Would be interested in hearing the thoughts of anyone who has read it.
I've read that article as well and there were so many symptoms mentioned in it that it made me feel quite lightheaded! I personally don't feel ready to read a book like this yet but I'm also quite new to the whole thing, and maybe it will seem like a good idea in the future.
