Tysabri to Ocrevus?

Hi, Smile :-) I'm searching for people who have moved from Tysabri to Ocrevus (because they were JC Virus Positive) and have been on Ocrevus for 'many' years now. Would love to know your experience and of differences you feel with the drug and symptoms. For me the 6 month trip to the hospital sounds better than every month, but some people are saying that Ocrevus is too new...so trying to weight up the longer term pros/cons - thanks in advance!! Enjoy your day!
@Raceya

Why are you switching? Your JCV is high? Your doctor’s advice? You’re fearful because you’re po positive? I’m only asking because I have found nothing that helps me other than Tysabri. And if you are JCV positive, you can opt to get it every 6 weeks and lower your chances of PML by 80%. I have many at my infusion center that wish they were still on Tysabri that flipped to Ocrevus and Kesimpta. You are your biggest advocate. So you do you! Best wishes always🧡💪🏼

@Raceya Hi! thank you for your message! yes JCV+ (but have been for many years - its fluctuated over 1.5 a couple of times). Why do the people you know wish they were on Tysabri? I'm also a bit unsure about the 6 weeks - the study was during covid, which wasn't that long ago, so how can they be sure of that %age decrease in PML chance? Thank you again for coming back to me!!!
