Hi all. I have RRMS and been on Gylenia for almost 5 years already. Descreasing the white blood cell count is something exprected from gilenya and my value was constant to 0.6 untill now that since Nov last year it got as low as 0.4. My neurologist says this is a critical low level already and if it persists i might need to change treatment. I am not particullary happy about this as I've been doing ok, no releapses on it. Did any of you had this issue, and if yes what other treatment options were suggested? Thanks a lot and stay healthy, Cynthia
